Pam Gray has been chief operating officer of senior living company Bonaventure since 2007. With locations throughout the western United States, Bonaventure was formed 10 years ago to offer quality, experience, and value for its residents in community design, services, and employee satisfaction and efficiency. As chief operating officer, Ms. Gray leads Bonaventure’s continuing care campuses as they evolve to meet the needs and desires of their residents.
Mr. Gray joined Bonaventure in 2004 as regional director of operations, bringing with her over 20 years of operational experience across all aspects of senior living. She has held a number of leadership positions in the field including as division manager with Sunwest Management, Inc., which manages approximately 200 communities nationwide; and as vice president of Farmington Square Home Health, a memory care facility.
Pam Gray has been married for over 30 years, and enjoys spending time with her family, including three grandsons. Her hobbies include ATVs and gardening.
